My Story: From Surviving to Thriving

My PMS wasn’t just uncomfortable – it was debilitating. My work as a chief stewardess on luxury yachts demanded peak performance, but my body was constantly fighting against me.

The Yacht Years: Where It All Began

My 12+ years in the yacht industry weren’t just a career – they were a crucible that forged my understanding of women’s health. As a chief stewardess and crew cook, I experienced first-hand the unique challenges of working in high-pressure, irregular environments:
