My Story: From Surviving to Thriving

The Yacht Years: Where It All Began

For over a decade, I worked on some of the world’s most prestigious yachts. Sounds glamorous, right? The reality was 14-hour days, unpredictable schedules, crew mess disasters, and feeling like my body was constantly working against me.
I dealt with:

Painful periods that had me doubled over during service

Energy crashes that hit mid-charter when I needed to be sharp

Bloating that made my uniform uncomfortable

Mood swings that I couldn’t control

The constant feeling that I was just “powering through”

Eventually, I hit a wall. I realised that if I didn’t prioritise myself, my health, my happiness, my life, then nothing else would work either.
