I'm a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's hormone health, gut health, and nervous system regulation. I work with ambitious women who are fed up with feeling off and done with being fobbed off.
I've been through my own hormonal chaos; PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, and I came out the other side with qualifications, clarity, and a very strong opinion about how much better women deserve to be supported.
