We learn a lot in school, but we don’t learn how to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. As women we don’t learn how to live with our femininity.

Nutritional Therapist and Female HEalth Expert
After years of juggling a demanding career, supporting family and friends, running a household, and trying to live up to my own ambitions, I saw firsthand how easily women sacrifice their health to keep everything else afloat. We try to do it all: pursue our dreams, maintain a social life, and show up for everyone around us, while struggling to stay on top of it all. I know this because I was that woman for far too long.
It wasn’t until after my endometriosis surgery that I started opening up and hearing from other women about their health challenges. The stories were all too familiar: feeling dismissed, receiving generic advice, and searching for answers in a healthcare system that often overlooks women’s unique needs. I realised how deeply this lack of support frustrated me. It wasn’t fair, and I couldn’t stand by while so many of us were left without the tools to truly thrive.
I’ve always been passionate about understanding the human body and mind, which led me to study Pedagogical Sciences and Nutritional Therapy (currently expending my knowledge with Clinical Nutrition) alongside my busy life. I’ve helped friends, family, and colleagues improve their health, but I knew I wanted to do more. I saw how busy women like me, balancing countless responsibilities, were left burned out, stressed, and struggling with their well-being. That’s when I decided to turn my frustration into action.
I made it my mission to help women take charge of their health and transform their lives. Last year, I shifted my focus entirely to Women’s Health Coaching, developing a method rooted in science, personal experience, and years of trial and error. My goal is to empower women to get to the root of their health challenges, not just treat the symptoms, and create sustainable, long-lasting results.
My approach is clear and actionable. I don’t believe in vague advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we focus on what you need: taking the right steps at the right time to suit your unique lifestyle and goals. Whether it’s finding balance in your hormones, building healthier habits, or finally feeling like you’re in control of your well-being, my method is designed to help you thrive.
